Jim has excelled in the collection field for over 36 years. He started in the finance and collection field in 1972 with Household Finance Corporation. He rose through the management ranks at HFC and, as a District Manager, oversaw both lending and collections at offices in his region in the states of California, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

After fourteen years at HFC, he was recruited by a representative of the FSLIC to take a position building a consumer finance portfolio at an Orange County California Savings and Loan. As Vice President of Consumer Lending, he oversaw the development and growth of the following portfolios: Visa / MasterCard issuing and collections; American Express Gold lines of credit issuing and collections; automobile financing dealing with a network of 400 car dealerships (approvals, collections and repossessions); and all personnel related functions associated with these departments. The successful consumer lending operation was instrumental in enabling the FSLIC to sell the savings and loan to Downey Savings & Loan with the consumer portfolio sold to GE Capital and Franklin Bank.

Jim then spent over two years as Vice President of Personal Finance Company overseeing their eleven-branch network of used automobile financing and collection offices.

In 1992 Jim founded a financial service company financing credit card processing equipment, software and later, websites for new start-up businesses and entrepreneurs. Over the next sixteen-year span "Axin" originated and serviced over 29,000 accounts and is still actively servicing its remaining portfolio.

In 2002, Jim founded an Internet hosting company for small business websites. These Websites continue to be serviced by professional customer service personnel.

In 2011 Jim founded a Student Loan Consolidation Company named "Student Loan Processing.US", which is working closely with the Department of Education, to help graduates solve their Student Loan Debt problems.

Jim is also an Instrument Rated Private Pilot and owns a 2000 Piper Saratoga TC airplane, which allows him to traverse the continental United States according to his own schedule and needs.
